Our approach
How we work
We believe in the richness and uniqueness of the human experience. Our work is based on truly listening to and respecting every story we hear.
Open dialogue
We welcome every story with care. We create a space built on trust which allows authentic expression.
Multiple perspectives
We have integrated different approaches to offer a wider and deeper view on each personal experience
Personalisation
We tailor our work to each individual’s specific needs, creating a one of a kind program which values the uniqueness of the human experience.
Shared growth
We believe open dialogue and collaboration are the key to enrichment and personal growth
Co-construction
We believe that the psychological process is built together through dialogue and the patient’s active participation in the process.
About us
A team of five psychologists in the heart of Milan.
We are five psychologists with different approaches united by the conviction that we all deserve to be seen in an authentic and profound way.

Allegra Sosic
allegrasosic@studiocinquevie.it
As her name suggests, she embodies joy. An ex-competitive athlete, she is now a psychologist. She truly believes in the power of balancing mind, body and soul. Dynamic, creative, determined with a sunny disposition she loves sport, nature, music and reading. In the past years she has managed to build a solid personal and professional portfolio. Her professional life is enriched by a wide range of sports, activities and traveling. These experiences have allowed her to meet many different people and realities, teaching her to adapt, be flexible, communicate, interact and be open minded thus nurturing a true capacity for listening and empathy.
Her philosophic standpoint finds its basis on the principal of “mens sana in corpore sano” and the conviction that wellbeing is born from the harmony of the physical, emotional and internal planes.
Her approach is built on this perspective: supporting people in a journey of personal growth and knowledge with a dynamic and integrated method. She truly believes that each individual deserves to be understood and herd with their own uniqueness and authenticity. Because of this she gives a central role to the quality of the relationship between the patient and psychologist which she considers fundamental for change.

Maria Novella Castiglioni
marianovellacastiglioni@studiocinquevie.it
Her work finds its bases in her interest towards how we, as individuals, function in relationships and why sometimes we feel stuck.
Each personal experience is never seen as an isolated incident but as part of a larger network made of relationships, affection, and meaningful connections.
Difficulties – such as anxiety, sadness or recurring conflicts – aren’t just seen as a problem to be removed, but a message that says something about how we live our relationships.
Her way of work is built on hearing you with authenticity and care, truly understanding you and budling new perspectives together. The objective isn’t simply offering up solutions but guiding you towards true, meaningful and longlisting change

Chiara Vespignani
chiaravespignani@studiocinquevie.it
Chiara believes that although relationships within the family can sometimes be the birthplace of suffering, they can also be the place to find the cure. Her experience working in child welfare has allowed her to see how, even in the most difficult and painful situations, only by working with the family is it possible to find the necessary resources for change.
She sees suffering as a language that tells you a lot about how you function and what parts of your story you carry within you. She believes in the uniqueness of every individual and in the co-construction of a journey which allows you to explore together your personal world of meanings. The symptom isn’t considered something that needs to be eliminated but a signal that needs to be understood as it represents how the person has adapted to their world. Allowing yourself to be guided by the symptom opens up your perspective and helps build a new narrative about your life story giving new meaning to your past experiences. Authenticity and humanity are key elements of her practice.

Services
Our spaces for meeting and growth
Each stage of life is unique. We’ve tailored our approach to meet each stage’s specific needs.
Services
Adults
In these one to one sessions, we explore together each individual’s life story to better understand their place in the present.
Through our integrated approach we look at the narratives and emotions present in everyday life.
This process is done respecting each individual’s needs and time to ensure an authentic growth.
Services
Couples
Together we create a place to slow down and observe the couple. We explore the couple’s dynamics always keeping in mind both perspectives. This allows us to give voice to the underlying needs of both individuals and the couple as a whole. This approach promotes trust, reciprocity and self-awareness.
Services
Children
We’ve created a space where children can feel welcomed, heard and accompanied while they explore their emotions and experiences. We use games to allow children to find a way to express what they are experiencing in their inner and outer life. Parents also take part in this process as a precious resource for the children.
Services
Adolescences
We’ve created a place to support teenagers while they explore their inner workings and discover new ways to tackle challenges in their education and relationships. In a phase of uncertainty, our aim is to target each person’s penitential and wishes, strengthening self-discovery and the construction of identity by listening and respecting the teenager’s story
Services
Families
Through this process we support families and give everyone’s story a voice. Here the family is seen as a network of relationships with its own unique resources. In our practice you find a safe space where you can re-elaborate memories and promote the individual growth of each family member.
A place to feel welcomed and heard
In the heart of the Cinque vie neighbourhood of Milan, we’ve created a place of trust where every story can be heard. Five psychologists, five perspectives to guide personal and relational growth.
